This may include companionship, help with shopping, meal preparation, light housekeeping, assistance with daily routines, admin, and accompanying Clients to appointments or social activities. On your application form you can advise if/what level of Personal Care you would be prepared to do.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle can be helpful for shopping trips, errands or accompanying clients to appointments but is not essential unless it is a requirement of the role.
Once you have submitted an Application Form we will contact you. If we think you are suitable we will then offer you an interview with one of the team at Helpful HomeSupport. Following interview we will ask you to complete our Vetting Form. Once we have completed our vetting we will introduce you to Client who may be a match. If you and the Client agree to go ahead – usually following an interview with the Client – you must notify the Agency.
If the Client wants us to try and find someone to cover your holiday or long-term sickness we ask that the Client contacts the Agency to discuss and request this. If we have an available HomeSupporter we will introduce them to the Client but cannot make any guarantees.
